January gratitude journal

My grandpa once was talking to me about the different decisions people make in life and he told me: "they had the whole world in a bottle and they never put the cork on it."  I've thought a lot about that over the years and decided to "put the cork on it" by writing one sentence every day to express my gratitude.

1st
I am thankful for having a husband who takes good care of me when I am sick.

2nd
I am thankful I can eat solid food again!

3rd
I am thankful I was feeling well enough to surprise Devin by being able to do some laundry, pick up the kitchen a bit, and put dinner in the crockpot.

4th
I am thankful we don't have to buy new tires for my car immediately after Christmas (my tired completely leaked after an oil change)!

5th
I am thankful we went grocery shopping for all of our fruits and veggies!

14th
I am thankful for yummy meals made in crock pots.

25th
I am thankful for being invited to Heather's just to talk while she packs.

26th
I am thankful I survived my training session.

27th

Pretty pictures and pretty words.

I didn't know you played in an orchestra! What instrument do you play?
