I passed...so, now what?

I have been waiting for the past month to see my test results for my Georgia teaching license.  Yesterday I received my results and I was so relieved to find I passed.

I quickly began updating my job applications, applying to jobs, and emailing contacts I have made. Despite this accomplishment, the question "what happens if...?" keeps popping up.  I struggled being unemployed while Devin traveled the whole month of November and Devin will be traveling two months before mid-April.

Sometimes I find it ironic that when I receive an answer to a prayer that I need another one to continue.

So, this is where I need some optimism and a little faith.  Of course, I really want to get a teaching job, but I understand that might not happen either.  So, whatever experience is coming my way...I hope I can look at it and realize it is the one I am supposed to be having with a smile on my face.

Congrats on passing! I know that's a huge relief. I sincerely hope you can find a teaching job there. If not, maybe substitute until something comes up? It might help you make some connections, too.

Yay! Congrats on passing, that's awesome! Well even if you don't get a normal teaching job, you can do lots of different types of teaching, or train teachers and stuff. I hope you an find a job soon!
